PKNS Bill Payment

You can pay bills lease (rental bill), water (water bill), maintenance (MC), sinking fund (sinking fund bill), the demands of home (house bill) and claim the land (land bill) continue to PKNS through:

You are advised to use the ePay Online Payment System PKNS ( pay your bills. PKNS ePay is a system to facilitate the payment of bills PKNS online by using various means of payment. Among the means of payment that can be used is the credit card, direct debit from a bank account in Malaysia and others. To make a payment by direct debit, you just need to have a bank account in Malaysia. Payment must be made through ePay PKNS and not directly by the banks concerned.

Rumah Mampu Milik (Rumah Selangorku)

1. What are the eligibility requirements to apply for a  home ?
The requirements to apply for a home of is as follows:
  1. Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above;
  2. Income thresholds for the application of Selangorku type B, C and D are set RM3,001.00 per month;
  3. The maximum household income is RM8,000.00 per month;
  4. The applicant (husband / wife) does not have any type of household in Selangor;
  5. Single applicants who have dependents can apply; and
  6. Purchase buakn rented house to live in;
  7. Applicants are allowed to make a choice of one (1) type home alone either type A, B, C, or D at the time of application;
  8. The validity period for each registered application is for two (2) years. After the period of application data that is still waiting for the offer will be removed from the system and the applicant must make a new application if still interested in applying for home Selangor.

3.What are the documents required for the application of  home?
The applicant must submit the following documents when submitting the application form:
  1. Copy of identity card of the applicant and spouse;
  2. Copies of identity cards or birth certificates of children / dependents;
  3. Copies of marriage / wedding list / certificate of divorce / death certificate of spouse;
  4. A letter from boiling single employer or commissioner of oaths should work alone for applicants who are not married;
  5. Latest pay slip or confirmation of income from self-employment if the commissioner of oaths;
  6. Letter of commissioner of oaths sworn statement if your spouse does not work;
  7. A copy of water bill or electricity bill.
4. How much is  home?
House prices are not exceeding RM250,000.00 per unit depending on the type, size, location and additional facilities provided.
5. What is the size of the house?
Capacity of the house is 750 square feet (sq ft) up to 1000 square feet (sq ft) depending on the type of home.
6. Where is the house that can be applied?
Applicants can check the list of home projects that can be applied on site or LPHS
