Campaign Period : 1 February 2026 – 30 April 2026

Eligibility Requirements

1. Open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 18 and above with valid identification documents.

2. Buyers must sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) within the campaign period.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to request identification for verification.

4. Staff of the organizer, affiliate companies of the organizer, as well as immediate family members (spouse, children, parents,siblings, and their respective spouses); and

5. Staff of agents or contractors appointed by the organizer in connection with this campaign, as well as their immediate family members (spouse,children, parents,siblings, and their respective spouses) are ALSO ELIGIBLE to participate in this Campaign.

* Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) units are NOT APPLICABLE

Method of Participation

Campaign Participation Method

1. Purchase any PKNS property unit listed in Item 5.

2. Sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) during the campaign period, which is 1 February 2026 – 30 April 2026.

3. Any SPA received outside the campaign period, for any reason whatsoever, will not be accepted or entertained and will be automatically disqualified.

Organizer’s Rights & Changes to Terms

The Organizer reserves the right at any time, without notice, to amend the terms, extend or shorten the campaign period, substitute prizes, or cancel the campaign without any liability. Participants who continue to participate are deemed to have accepted any such changes.

Organizer’s Decision

All decisions made by the organizer, including judging and the selection of winners, are final and cannot be disputed. No appeals will be entertained.

Prize Redemption

1. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, models, colors, or accessories.

2. All costs (delivery, travel, registration) and tax liabilities are the sole

responsibility of the winner.

Claim/Delivery Conditions

1. Only the winner may claim the prize; third-party claims require written PKNS approval.

2. If a winner fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the delivery date, the winner’s eligibility will be disqualified without prior notice.

Participant’s Undertaking

The participants make a declaration to the organizers as follow:-

1. That the Participant has fulfilled all eligibility requirements to participate in the Campaign;

2. That the Participant shall provide proof upon request by the Organizer,including (but not limited to) identification cards for the purpose of identity verification for the Campaign; and

3. That all statements (provided or required) submitted by the participant to the organizer are true, correct, accurate, and complete for the purposes of the Campaign.

Disqualification

The following entries will be disqualified:

1. If the participant cancels the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) on or before 30 April 2026; and/or

2. Entries that violate any of the terms and conditions, laws, and/or applicable regulations.

Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

1. Has undermined or attempted to undermine the operation of the campaign through acts of bribery, forgery, or fraud; and/or

2. Is ineligible or fails to provide proof of eligibility to participate in this campaign for verification purposes when requested by the Organizer.

In the event that disqualification occurs after a prize has been awarded, the Organizer reserves the right to demand the return of the prize or payment of its equivalent value from the disqualified participant.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in any content or materials submitted, produced, or created by the winners in connection with the Campaign (including derivative works) shall become the permanent property of the Organizer.

Names, trademarks, and logos used in any campaign materials remain the property of their respective owners and are not deemed to be owned by the Organizer, unless stated otherwise.

The Organizer reserves the right to use, modify, reproduce, or distribute such materials at its sole discretion, without any payment or compensation to the winner.

The winner hereby waives all claims or rights toward such materials.

Privacy Notice

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024, participants’ personal information will only be used for Campaign purposes. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree that:

1. The Organizer may process and disclose names/photographs for advertising or publicity without payment.

2. Information may be used to contact participants for marketing, campaign, or event purposes.

The Organizer reserves the right to collect and use winners’ information as follows:-

1. Name, gender, age, and identity card (IC) number;

2. Correspondence address; and

3. Phone number.

Participants authorize the Organizer to use their photographs and personal details for the following purposes:

(a) Advertising, publicity, and promotion of the campaign/organizer’s products in any media without payment or compensation.

Note: Personal information is required to process participation and prize claims. Without this information, the Organizer will be unable to process the entry.

Other Conditions

1. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill campaign obligations due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control and shall not provide any compensation to participants in such situations.

2. Participants are not permitted to assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this campaign. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assign or license its rights to any third party.

3. Should any term be found invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms contained herein.

4. In the event of any conflict in interpretation between the English and Bahasa Melayu versions of these terms and conditions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia
