PKNS launched the PKNS Careline to provide better quality, efficient and up-to-date service. As a continuous initiative and effort on its part to improve the quality of its services to customers, a ceremony to launch PKNS Careline was officiated by the General Manager of PKNS, Mr Othman Haji Omar, at the PKNS Complex in Shah Alam during the PKNS Customer-Friendly Day held on 16 June 2012.
