Recognising this need, the leading Selangor property developer, PKNS, has taken the initiative to work with several institutions of higher learning and accreditation bodies to promote lifelong learning. To achieve this objective, PKNS Academy was established in April 2010 as a wholly owned subsidiary of PKNS. In March 2012, it began operating as a private limited company. Today, PKNS Academy serves as a training provider certified by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad under the Ministry of Human Resources.

The PKNS Academy offers a wide range of services to support the development of human capital in emerging markets. The services include:
